GBBest travel experience yet What an amazing trip we had down in the Virgin Islands. Our family would like to thank StayRoman and Claire for our spectacular trip. Everything from our chef to our private yacht was well executed. All our activities were on time and set to a higher standard and when plans changed, Claire adapted to our needs and was highly communicative. . Though we paid luxury premium prices, taking the half out of dinner reservations, finding rides, and the memories alone were worth it. We will definitely be booking again.

GBStill waiting on a refund.... This company cancelled our reservation less than 24 hours before our check-in. While I believe that we may be victim of a bait and switch scheme, at the end of the day this company can do right by refunding our money AS PROMISED! Edit in response to StayRoman: E. Thomas, aka Eden Thomas (my former last name). Try checking my married name, Atkinson. I bet you can find the reservation then... Second edit: adding links to things that don’t pertain to me doesn’t detract from my experience with StayRoman, nor does it address how they plan to remedy the situation. This type of response is quite childish, reflects poorly on the company, and further proves my theory the CEO is a nut job. FACT: The company cancelled our reservation less than 24 hours before check in. FACT: The CEO personally promised me a refund. FACT: The CEO is now refusing to cooperate in fulfilling that promise. FACT: I don’t feel a need to post about my negative experience if I am refunded. Edit three: "You have been given legal guidance to not contact the company but you continue to do so." FALSE statement. "You all have also refused to communicate in any respectable manner by dodging any formal communication outside of public platforms." Also a FALSE statement. Posting on public review platforms about my negative experience is not slander. Especially since I am not posting anything that isn't true. If you don't like receiving negative reviews, how about you do something to correct the situation??? Again, this is very straight forward. Did you or did you not promise a full refund on October 5th, 2023 at 6:42pm? (hint: you did.) I am simply trying to collect that refund. End of story.
