Bait and switch! I tried to book two first class tickets to Paris that were offered at a fantastic price. After entering all my information including credit card and pushing the pay button, I received a notice to say the booking was unconfirmed. Shortly after that, I received notice that the exact same flights were offered at almost $2,000 more. Total bait and switch scam. Would not recommend booking with travelcation.

Marcus Wilber was my agent with… Marcus Wilber was my agent with Travelcation. I had to cancel a trip and I was going to be penalized 20 percent of the ticket price by the airlines to cancel the flight. Marcus worked dilligently to assist me with getting a full refund. He is to be commended for his hard work and now I know that Travelcation has not only the best prices on flights, but the best service too! Customer for life here.

Was easy to book with online....but… Was easy to book with online....but then out of no where someone called me and said they needed to charge me another 2000$ for the flights to book my seats, if i didn't pay the amount they would cancel the whole trip and only give a partial refund. I had suspicious charges on my card which i disputed as the total they billed did not add up to the total i was invoiced. took weeks to resolve and still had them threatening to cancel my trip a few days before departure.

after making booking they will call… after making booking they will call saying fare changed and have to pay additional. its just another way of cheat . no to make booking here since its your time and energy waste

My first experience with Travelcation This was my first experience of using Travelcation. I saw a mixed customer reviews for Travelcation online when I was trying to use it to book my flights to China this summer. But, I was very happy with the excellent service that Ms. Molly Smith had provided me. She was very understanding, patient, responsive, efficient, and professional in the whole process. She not only helped me to book my trip that I liked, but also ensured my receiving the e-Tickets for my trip promptly. I am truly grateful to her for great help to me! But, I do hope that the company will make the use of American Express credit card a bit easier for their customs than they currently do.
