I didn’t have to wait more than five… I didn’t have to wait more than five minutes to talk to a human being. She was very helpful very well spoken could understand and spoken English. She helped me my vacation and did a great job at recommending what I should do.

This company is a scam /They said I fill the application out… Ok I call the customer service and they help me with the application process step by step and not one time she didn’t say I don’t Qualify I also told her I’m retired as well and I still wasn’t told I didn’t qualify Hung up the phone and oh yea I did this on 04/15/24 I got to Vegas the 04/20/24 I had Appointment for the tour at 10 o’clock got there at 10:03 once I got there, it was a group of people outside so I’m standing there thinking that as was in a right spot waiting there with a group of people asked him it was yeah I was here for the timeshare too. They said yeah we was we were done with our interview? We had our earlier interview I was told and I said OK cool and I was like I supposed to go up the stairs he said yes go upstairs and then make a right they said so I did what they told me to do went up there and seen the lady at the front desk talk to her. She gave me a piece of paper told me to fill it out. I filled out the paper the same way I was helped online and I was told by the lady in the front desk to sit down I will be seen shortly. And when the lady came out, to see me She was very rude. She said sorry you don’t make over 55K you don’t have a job. So she said I will be getting a extra charge and I cannot get my money back. I explained to her the situation she did not seem to care.

A little uneasy A lot of missed information makes me a little uneasy. I’m still pending a call back regarding my concerns.

Sarah was extremely patient and… Sarah was extremely patient and helpful, even though our call ran after hours! And my sales person did a lot of fast talking and basic lying just to sell the package.
