Airn was a huge help and the reason I booked! Airn was a huge help in booking my trip, she was kind, informative, patient, and gave me all the information I needed to book confidently with vacation offer.com, she went as far as to check the weather for me, compare prices at each hotel, and gave me the absolute best option available. She deserves a raise.

A few bad apples at Harah's casino Harah's casino treated me so bad at check in. It took me 5 hours to get a room. No one would direct me to a Manager to help me get checked in. They really dog me out. Tuesday morning (Megan your service Rep called me, comforted me with encouraging words, she really fix the situation with her kindness. Also, she set me up with a steak dinner for my trouble.) Your company and staff are amazing I will definitely book again. A few bad apples at Harrahs tried to give your company a bad name but your company is amazing! I give your company 5stars!
