This company is a scam /They said I fill the application out… Ok I call the customer service and they help me with the application process step by step and not one time she didn’t say I don’t Qualify I also told her I’m retired as well and I still wasn’t told I didn’t qualify Hung up the phone and oh yea I did this on 04/15/24 I got to Vegas the 04/20/24 I had Appointment for the tour at 10 o’clock got there at 10:03 once I got there, it was a group of people outside so I’m standing there thinking that as was in a right spot waiting there with a group of people asked him it was yeah I was here for the timeshare too. They said yeah we was we were done with our interview? We had our earlier interview I was told and I said OK cool and I was like I supposed to go up the stairs he said yes go upstairs and then make a right they said so I did what they told me to do went up there and seen the lady at the front desk talk to her. She gave me a piece of paper told me to fill it out. I filled out the paper the same way I was helped online and I was told by the lady in the front desk to sit down I will be seen shortly. And when the lady came out, to see me She was very rude. She said sorry you don’t make over 55K you don’t have a job. So she said I will be getting a extra charge and I cannot get my money back. I explained to her the situation she did not seem to care.

A few bad apples at Harah's casino Harah's casino treated me so bad at check in. It took me 5 hours to get a room. No one would direct me to a Manager to help me get checked in. They really dog me out. Tuesday morning (Megan your service Rep called me, comforted me with encouraging words, she really fix the situation with her kindness. Also, she set me up with a steak dinner for my trouble.) Your company and staff are amazing I will definitely book again. A few bad apples at Harrahs tried to give your company a bad name but your company is amazing! I give your company 5stars!

Absolutely Wonderful I had the absolute joy of speaking with Carris today. She explained to me quite a bit about my package deal and what my money was going to. She also helped me find some better options hotel wise that still weren't super expensive. She was helpful, attentive, quick, and didn't make me feel like I was being too much of a diva. I appreciate everything she did and can't wait for our trip.
