GBTHIS COMPANY IS A SCAM!! THIS COMPANY IS A SCAM!!! I booked a reservation in Vegas and when I got there the hotel couldn’t find my name, number, or confirmation number in their system! After booking my own hotel I was fined for a “No show” to their presentation after they didn’t hold up their deal of the bargain! They’re scamming and will run you in circles about refunding your money and going on their presentations.

GBA few bad apples at Harah's casino Harah's casino treated me so bad at check in. It took me 5 hours to get a room. No one would direct me to a Manager to help me get checked in. They really dog me out. Tuesday morning (Megan your service Rep called me, comforted me with encouraging words, she really fix the situation with her kindness. Also, she set me up with a steak dinner for my trouble.) Your company and staff are amazing I will definitely book again. A few bad apples at Harrahs tried to give your company a bad name but your company is amazing! I give your company 5stars!
