I was recently struggling with changing… I was recently struggling with changing my flight plans. I was in a foreign country and needed help fast. Addie Brown was fantastic. I was in a panic and unable find a path for my flight. Once Addie took over he assured me it was not problem. He immediately got to work and was able to find a flight for me quickly. I highly recommend Addie. He was professional and patient. I will be using Addie in the future and highly recommend him to anyone in a crunch while traveling!

Misleading Service Scam "processing fees" for using e-credits, pretended to be Delta (without saying it tricky jerk) and will not refund me my credits since they have been used. If you see the skyfly9 hang up and try calling the direct airline. SAVE YOUR E-CREDITS and money! I am left feeling devastated and hurt by being misled. The hidden travel agent "Rani" raised his voice at me multiple times causing me to cry and pressured me to sign the contract. Update: Called Delta and found out my call was intercepted by this scam. When I asked Flysky9 for a refund they told me to remove this bad review.

With the prediction of snow on the… With the prediction of snow on the morning of Feb 12 and our flight already being delayed we decided to rebook our flight. Instead of going tues to tues we wanted to change to Wed to Wed. Called Delta and here the process started. Addie Brown was very patient explaining to me the process and cost involved in changing my reservation. He even was able to change the couple we are going with reservation also. Not the best using the computer and when I asked him to repeat what I had to do he was very clear and patient.
