GBFRAUD FRAUD ! FRAUD! FRAUD ! Horrible Customer Service after you purchase a ticket with Tripfur.I had a terrible experience during Covid-19 ticket cancellation refund. This is what helped me - Call directly Delta airline at 1-800-221-1212.Tell them your ETicket number & request for a refund. Airline will refund 100% of your ticket money to you directly on your Credit card that was used during ticket purchase. DO NOT GO THROUGH TRIPFUR. They will deduct a big chunk under Tax & Processing fees.

AUA Group of Cheats I bought 4 tickets for a trip to Dhaka and requested a refund during covid in 2020 when flights were cancelled. They asked me for passport copy to apply for the refund. I sent them the copy., After that they never replied my email. I contacted Singapore Airlines and it seemed they refunded it to the travel agent. This travel agent grabbed many customer's money during covid. They received refunds from airlines, but didn't pay to their customer. My agents were Sumit Attri, Jaspal Singh and Ankita Vishnoi. These guys were doing this cheating with many customers. Never trust them.

GBNever ever book flights with this… Never ever book flights with this sh***y company. They booked flights for me but final destination they booked was not what I intended to go. They simply asked to get down at the desired location and collect your bags. Flight agents caught us and we were even on the edge to get reported to cops, as we were students and also have requested them to not to go cops and mentioned them we will not do this again.
