GBSliding down I had done business with this company in setting ski vacation for my family. The first year was great. No problems. This year, I did not receive a bill that I requested and I would rather send a check than use my credit cards. I never receive a conformation that they receive the money. At the site, there problems with ski passes that were part of the package.

From the air travel, airport shuttle, accommodations, Ski Butlers, Lift tickets, and back to the airport was flawless. The companies they work with are seasoned professionals. She's never steered us wrong and always comes up with good priced, well located accommodations, lift packages and flights. GBNon Refundable Uncharacteristicly hot winter. Scheduled trip months in adavance. Trip time came and it was going to be 65 and rainy all weekend. Was told nothing they could do other than reschedule for this season and bring sunglasses.
