Sprouts rescued my trip! Booked a trip for an upcoming company event and discovered a problem with my flight reservation being cancelled. Sprouts replied to my email immediately and rebooked my trip. They refunded my out-of-pocket expenses and even upgraded my flight! This was very unexpected, and hopefully I can travel with Sprout more in the future!

I was totally surprised to see how much… I was totally surprised to see how much Sprout cash I received. Due to the amount I was able to purchase a round trip ticket for free. I tried reaching out to customer service and at first wasn’t able to, then it dawned on me that we were on different time zones.
