GBI had the worst experience with this… I had the worst experience with this website. I reserved a ticket (business class), they did not provide any update for a day, did not answer phone calls, except for the first one that someone said my e-ticket should be issued in 3 hours, which never did. Did not answer my emails or follow up phone calls and eventually I suspected that it was a fraud and considered reaching out to my Bank. They finally responded to my phone call and said they issued and then canceled my ticket because I was about to reach-out to my bank. Do no recommend it at all. The person who responded to my phone call was extremely rude and didn't help in any shape or form other than dismissing my questions. I still have a 7000 balance on my bank account and will definitely report them to my bank for fraud.

GBTop notch prices and service I have been using way to fly for a number of months and have been pleasantly surprised by the high level of service and responsiveness of Peter and his team. THThey are dishonest They are dishonest, communication is really bad, i lost $1900. because of the incompetence of Peter. Avoid using them. The prices for business class is tempting but it's alot of money to risk with them
