Eventual peace of mind I made my trip through lookupvacations, and although I was sceptical at first because I never booked a flight with them, they proved me wrong. I’m from the Caribbean and when I tried to call for information I couldn’t reach them. Jim was extremely efficient on the email and got me all the info I needed. Thanks to Juan and Jim, I will use again.

I NEVER ACCEPTED THE FINAL CONFIRMATION BUT THEY HAVE CHARGED IN MY CREDIT CARD WE NEVER ACCEPTED THE FINAL CONFIRMATION AND AUTHORIZATION SENT BY EMAIL but they have charged the quantities in my credit card without my consent. When I see the charges in my bank I send them a email for returning hem to me the charges but they send me the booking Iberia 354XWQ with the wrong surnames and now they say that they can't do anything. I think they are scammers because raise the prices and do charges in your credit card without your authoritation. I'm trying to fix it but they say that They can do anything, even when it has been his own wrong. I'll keep this bad opinion until the give me a solution.
