Discount code for Harry Potter is invalid I spent $4.95 for access for codes to Harry Potter. The code according to their web site was valid for the day we wanted to go to the show, Feb 16th. However when I tried to use the code the theater website says it is invalid. I've requested a refund, which they denied me. They are now posting a new response to this review every few weeks. 4/1/24 Update: Wow, now says I keep posting new reviews, nope, just posted the 1st one way back in November. However I am getting almost daily emails saying they are posting a new response to the review.

Dangerous owner and company The owner is a sociopath and control freak who will endlessly write harassing messages if you do not do exactly what he wants. It's borderline stalking. I'm still dealing with my negative experience years later. Just read all his replies to all the negative reviews to see what you're getting in to. Stay far away if you value your safety and mental health.

Requested a refund and the customer service rep was so rude and refused a refund. Stated " If I buy a car at a dealership and then my neighbor wants to give me their car for free, no dealership is going to give me a refund" Really Didn't actually buy anything but look below and you can see how they react to criticism. Publishing names, interesting tactics, all for $4.95. BTW, they have changed their reply many times. Recently they deleted my name and now accusing me of lying. Ok then. We saw Wicked using their discount code and it was good, but I am not sure about Hamilton - they don’t have discounts for that now. Maybe will see Six, because I like European history.
