Europamundo Tours in Japan The Tokyo, Kyoto, Osaka tour April 15-19, was something I wanted to do for a long time. The breakfasts, cleanliness and service at the hotels were impeccable. This tour I bought through Tours4 fun was managed by Europamundo and the tours were ill coordinated, different guides every day of the tour ; one with heavy Spanish accent/almost inaudible (mumble)difficult to hear or understand on the day in Nara / Osaka. Day in Kyoto, driver picked us up 30 minutes late after an excursion and we got no time for lunch. They dropped us at Gion and left us to find our way back to the hotel in a foreign country. We were not prepared for bus travel that would not give you back change if you over 1000Yen. The tour description on the website states free time after the tour but not we are responsible to find our way home. The guide got mad when we stated our concern. He said he had explained it in the bus. He might have in Spanish but certainly not in English. Please state in plain English that one is responsible for return trip on website. FREE TIME after tour does not mean the guide will leave you in a city after tour- not in any tours, excursions I have taken the past 20 years in 5 continents. I do not recommend taking Europamundo for English speakers with little or no knowledge of Spanish. It is dedicated for Spaniards and Latin Americans.

Reliable and affordable I've used Tours4Fun since 2017 and they have never disappointed me. Reliable and affordable. I am very busy and when my family visits me, I book them trips through Tours4Fun so they can enjoy being tourists while I am at work. Not perfect, like you need to be in a bus with other people, sometimes it's a bi-lingual tour, but it takes you to these nice places that are otherwise more expensive if you plan for yourself. The hotels they book are decent as well.

Memorable tour Our tour was very systematic. Our tour guide and driver were always on time. Check in and check out to hotels were smooth. Entering to paid tourist spots were a breeze. All were arranged properly by Brian, our tour guide. Though he speaks Chinese most of the time, HE never forgets to translate to English the important details of his instructions.

Felt like fooled this time I used the trip 2 years ago and liked it so much that I returned to use it again. But this time I felt cheated. I was clearly informed in all the communication that the itinerary includes Glen Watkins, whereas in the bus I was told that GW is closed. I should have been informed earlier if we weren't going to GW. Moreover, the stop at the Rochester restaurant was not a part of the planned itinerary and not even en route. It caused excessive delay in reaching the destination. The 9-10 hours journey took over 12 hours and I reached Niagara after sunset which was very dissatisfying. On the good side, the staff (tour guides Helena and Lidi and the driver) were nice, very courteous, hospitable and caring, but for the concern I mentioned, they were helpless as this was decided at the office level.
