GBI don't usually write reviews but I did… I don't usually write reviews but I did this time to show how Eric Made my travel experience rich. I had such a mix feelings about purchasing my tickets with them. However, Eric assured me that everything will be just fine. He did such a great job and all the things he told me manifested and I was very happy. I got mt e-Tickets and confirmation number within 24 hours of making payment. GBI have not seen this level of customer… I have not seen this level of customer service . Carlos has done a fantastic job to get my trip booked to Miami. Price was also good. Carlos was great.
