NZUnhelpful and Left Me Stranded (1 Star) Booked a flight with Adam Vacations that went through Canada. They NEVER mentioned needing a visa to transit! Because of this, I missed my flight and was stuck scrambling. While I understand visas are ultimately the passenger's responsibility, a little warning would have been nice. Especially since Canada requires an Electronic Travel Authorization (ETA) which seems easy to miss. Customer service offered no help and couldn't get the airline to budge on a rebooking. Basically left me high and dry. AVOID Adam Vacations if you don't want to be left stranded at the airport like me!
