GBFirst time user Divina has been helpful. First time booking and Adam vacations has followed up throughout my transaction.

GBNot advised They don't allow you the option other than the cheapest fair - which when flying low cost airfair, all that extra cost like having a carry-on, is going to hit you at the gate instead. Calling is no help, you can't even ask them to reserve the options you want.

GBVery cheap and very responsible As a person with poor English. It turned out that I didn't want to cause any trouble. However, I still need to evaluate the attitude of customer service and the responsible process of this website. First of all, this is the lowest price I found on Google. It helped me save about 10% of the cost. Less than 1 hour after ordering. Customer service came over to verify the order. Although there are a lot of problems. But the responsible process and attitude are very good. Give 5 stars praise

GBSatisfied with a good deal The online booking was a breeze unlike many other travel agent sites. And, most importantly the fare was 10% cheaper than any other websites. I followed Google flight link and it worked perfect. After submitting the credit card info online (within booking system), received the booking confirmation immediately, credit card invoice and a call from agent (Priyanka) within 1 hour for info verification. Unlike some other travel agencies who demand copy of credit card. Eticket was issued immediately. Impressed. Only gripe being agent butchering my name during the call. Adam vacation is now my go to travel booking site.

GBShameless Scammers ---- Should be Kicked out of United States Absolutely abysmal experience with Adam Vacations. Beware, they're nothing but deceitful con artists preying on unsuspecting customers. Fell victim to their filthy clickbait tactics, luring me in with seemingly low fares on Google Flights, only to slam me with exorbitant price hikes the moment I attempted to book. Not once, not twice, but thrice or even four times did I foolishly give them the benefit of the doubt, hoping for a different outcome. But each time, it was the same vile routine - bait and switch, then jack up the prices under the guise of airline fluctuations. Reported their despicable behavior to Google, but it seems these shameless scammers continue to roam free, preying on innocent travelers. Save yourself the agony and avoid Adam Vacations like the plague unless you're keen on donating your hard-earned money to a pack of remorseless robbers.
