Arrived at airport and they hadn't booked us! I booked my family of 6 airline tickets through k2tickets and when we arrived at the airport, they couldn't find our reservation. We called K2 and even though we had a confirmation, they said it didn't go through because after we confirmed, there was a glitch and the tickets were no longer available. We had paid $1200 round trip. They offered to rebook us flights on a different day for almost $4000. Not a solution in my opinion. We asked for a full refund and my husband booked directly through the airline for $1750 ONE WAY and $1200 home. We ended up spending way way more, almost having to cancel our whole trip, and spending like 6 hours in the airport with all 4 of our kids (8 yr, 5 yr, 3 yr and 1 yr... not fun..) than if i would have booked direct to begin with.

After talking to several other travel agents who gave me a price that was more than $100 higher than what was showing on skyscanner.com, K2 was reachable by phone whenever I called. Camilo was very responsive, friendly and easy to communicate with. I would have given K2 a 5 star rating if there was not a significant delay (more than 5 hours) in getting the ticket issued.
