USThis was quick This was quick. However, there was no option for military, senior citizen or Triple AAA. The total amount was substantially higher than reserving through the hotel. It was odd that there was not a full refund, that extra money was needed for protection, and that the hotel might not have the itinerary number but would know us only by name.

USSo I was deceived by this website So I was deceived by this website, I thought I was booking online directly with the hotel but it was this separate company… book online.com, which added another 60+ dollars to my reservation, I’m trying to cancel, but so far they have not refunded my money. So I am extremely not happy with this service Angela in Texas.

USBookonline is a shame Bookonline is a shame. I bought refund protection and when I had to cancel I was refused refund. I had called and requested a call back to discuss questionable charges to which no one responded. Then I received an email stating that you/they had contacted the property who had a non refund policy. The property was Hilton Cleveland. I called them.After 30 mins. was told they bear no responsibility for reservations through a third party. I had talked to someone at bookonline initial and was told I would be getting the refund.

USWith a proper search & info With a proper search & info. given, found the hotel I was wanting to book with. Choices came up clearly, was able to book the reservation quickly & pay online. Had questions about some of the tax recovery & fees, as they were confusing, but the help line was able to explain them, (not in their control what they're for). In addition help line had additional ph. no. I could contact for further actions.
