USairline ticket problems In June of 2023 I made resservations for American Airline flights for 2 people from DRO to FLL on January 20, 2024. At that time, Skyline Travels said that I would not receive tickets until 5 days before the flight. Five days before the flight I contacted them to get tickets. They said American Airlines no longer flew into DRO,(which was a lie.) That I would have to fly with United and the change would ccost $125.00. When they booked our flight with United, they only booked a flight for my wife. When I asked why I wasn't booked on the same flight, they said I would have to fly out later on a different flight. When I insisted that we fly together they were going to book us on still another United flight and the change was going to cost an additional $125.00 each. At that point, I told them no, that I would book my flight directly with American Airlines. I have the original itinerary they sent for American Airlines on June 23, 2023. I also have the ticket confirmation for the United flight they booked for my wife. Needless to say, this was a very stresssful time.

USBeyond expectations We can't recommend this company high enough. We had a complex trip planned with several destinations. Henry, the agent, spent three hours on the phone with us figuring out the best flight plans for us. A few weeks later, we needed some follow-up; he spent another hour with us sorting things out. He gave us phone numbers in case we had any sort of problems before or during our trip.. He was consistently courteous, helpful, and very knowledgeable.
