Delays in providing service Delays in providing service. Had booked a ticket in evening for next day early morning flight,no tickets received on mail or SMS. On complaint, service received post 2-3 days of my flight. But thanks to Indigo airlines I requested for help and they helped me out.

The overall experience of this app is… The overall experience of this app is nice. We have booked 15+ trips (dom & international), so far experienced was good only. The booking experience is smooth. The one thing I loved most is pricing - It gets No or very minor change on final payment page. Personalised deals is cherry on cake. Over the period of time, This app has brought so much of love for the travellers. Using this app is worth and was one stop solution for me.

I had booked the flight ticket for 12… I had booked the flight ticket for 12 feb 2024 on 28 December 2023 . Till date have not received the ticket nor any confirmation from their end. While tried to reach the customer care no one seems to respond to the call and revert to the mail. I got cheated for 15000/- INR . This is a fraudulent app . Please don’t make any purchase from them.
