Exceptional Travel Service Thank you, Michelle, for making our Spain and Portugal Trip in May, a most memorable one! First, we spent 8 days between Madrid and Barcelona and everything was top notch! We were pleased with the hotel selections, both in great locations making it easy to enjoy and explore. In Madrid, we took private day trips to Toledo, Segovia, and Cordoba with local guides. It was evident that each guide had many years of experience. The personal touches and attention to our interests made our time in each city so special! Our drivers were punctual and all transfers and train travel went as scheduled. We never had to do extra research, since we were supplied with maps, local pamphlets, and pre-printed documents that informed us about the history, architect, cultural sites, and restaurant recommendations of each city! From Barcelona, we sailed on a 12 Day Oceania Cruise through Spain, Portugal, and France. Michelle helped us coordinate between our land and private excursions options. She secured our reservations at Alhambra in Granada with VIP entry, which is not to be missed. Oceania offers premium cruise experience compared to others. Would highly recommend.
