USGood,knowledgeable, safe driver and courteous. Everything needed from a tour guide for a good trip. I went on a 2 day Amazon tour with a stay at Huasquila lodge. My guide Marcelo Guerra was my driver to the lodge and back to Quito. He was excellent. A safe driver and wonderful guide. He was very knowledgeable about his country and gave information in a conversational way talking as if we were friends and guest and guide. He answered all my questions in detail if I wanted more info without sounding like a recording or like he was reading from a manuscript. On the Amazon boat tour he was very attentive, I require some help with stairs and getting in and out of a boat he was very patient and offered help when needed. He was always available if I needed any assistance. I would definitely recommend him as a guide and driver and am making plans to visit Equador again and will definitely contact him for more tours.
