Customer Service Management The courses they offered helps you further to understand more and widens your knowledge about customer services, also the technical and customer service are easy to approach and they will really gives you the right information you need. I do really recommend Skillograph! The best!

Cheap but poorly structured The course was one of the cheapest out there which I appreciated but the content was delivered very poorly. It was auto-narrated which means a lot of nuance was lost in narration. The text in the presentation was not been proof-read. There were many errors, certain sections skipped, sometimes very long gaps in between sections with no information. The content looked like it was copies from a text book, so we can't really call this a course. There is a lot of improve here, and if done right, can add more value to this highly sought-after certification.

Islamic banking course on sharia law I was working in Banking sector in Axis bank India and was looking for jobs in UAE . Problem here is that they don't consider the indi experience . Moreover they ask for the sharia / Islamic banking experiene. I enroll for hrdc accredited Islamic banking course of skillograph which helped me to secure offer letter from ADIB bank in Abud Dhabi .
