INExcellent services with a great Leisure team I must say that I am so happy with the services provided by Leisure. This online travel company has connected me with the best travel specialists and there was not a single time I had to face any disappointment about the services. The staff is really good and I must mention the alertness of my travel agent when I lost my luggage. He was really helpful. Kudos to the team

AUPhoned and harassed by Leisure / Hightide Holidays… I was phoned and harassed by leisure.com to purchase their Hightide Holiday vouchers they do not take no for an answer they keep pressing and pressing despite me saying i want to think about it. I was stupid and gave in after 45min on the phone. Later that day i requested a refund as i didn't feel comfortable. The sales person said he would be my personal contact as i will be a life member but when the e-mail confirmation came through his number was to a booking agency in Surface Paradise not Brisbane where he was... There is no person assigned to me. anyway they made additional promises which are false and choose not to tell you some things like a used car sales person. After 12 months you have to pay again for the platinum membership etc. They throw a lot of information at you. They are only interested in a quick sale there an then for the vouchers. Lies and well trained to manipulate their way back into the conversation and say anything for a sale. My fault, i gave in. You think they would refund you on the day of sale but no. Lets see what Consumer Affairs decision is.

GBDont do it The level if customer service is horrible. I ordered a pair of shoes over a month ago. They will not refund my money. They only say the system is down so they have no tracking info. Now we are at about 6 weeks since i paid for the shoes and still no shoes and now i get no reply. Horrible. I would say Its a scam.
