Deals on deals on deals! I love getting daily emails on deals from Dollar Flight Club. They’re so good even if you’re a free member! They do all the time consuming work so you just have to do the simple task of booking your flight! I have recently saved $65 each person on a roundtrip flight to New York during peak season, which doesn’t seem much but it really does add up when you’re purchasing tickets for your entire family.

Quite unfortunate really Quite unfortunate really. They lure you in with the name, and a 1 dollar trial promise, however after two weeks they charge you a $99 non refundable membership fee, one which isn't clearly defined while going through their process. In addition, the service is sub par at best. Their recommendations aren't in any way special, and the prices are available even if you don't subscribe, you just have to be a canny traveller. Save your time, and money and ignore this platform.

Heinz was a BIG help to me! Heinz was my customer service guy and he took care of me. He gave me all the info I needed to complete my redemption for this travel gift from my sister. In fact, he did the final steps to make that happen. Such a blessing working with him!! He also explained more about the program so I understand it better. I am very grateful for all that Heinz did for me.

Great overall service Great overall service, but surprisingly excellent customer support team (which I wasn't expecting). Really like the text message notifications when a trip to my saved destinations goes on sale too!
