Scam Scam. Very rude too. Comes up first on google and uses shady website to imply it is somehow the actual airline. Charged 150 to add my middle initial- which they didnt do. Also took personal info. Please be aware of scam.

i was a bit funny about this site i was a bit funny about this site. but i wanted to do a name change for my passenger on turkish airlines. they took my payment and they told me it will be 24to 48 hours for approval. and sure enough they approve it. now i have to wait for it to reflect on the app. great customer service and patient empolyees

It's a scam!! Watch out. In attempting to modify my flight with a prominent airline company, this website popped up on my Google search posing as the company I was trying to reach. They took my personal information with their deceitful practices and now I'm concerned they'll use it to gain other personal details. I've already reported them to the FTC, so hopefully they won't be stupid enough to try anything funny. The air flight company has also been alerted.
