SCAM! RUN AWAY FROM THIS NIGHTMARE!! I had purchased plane tickets for my minor grandchildren, but within a few hours of the purchase, I received a notification stating that I needed to pay again due to an issue. The company asked me to pay through PayPal and also requested my ID, which I did not provide. The next day, when my grandchildren arrived at the airport, they found out that the ticket was booked under someone else's name, and they were stranded on the West Coast with no way of getting to me. As a result, we had to purchase new tickets at full price, and the children arrived almost at midnight. Despite my attempts to contact the company, I have not received any response from them, and I am still trying to get my money back. I want to warn others about these scammers and urge them not to fall prey to their tactics.
