USSCAM! RUN AWAY FROM THIS NIGHTMARE!! I had purchased plane tickets for my minor grandchildren, but within a few hours of the purchase, I received a notification stating that I needed to pay again due to an issue. The company asked me to pay through PayPal and also requested my ID, which I did not provide. The next day, when my grandchildren arrived at the airport, they found out that the ticket was booked under someone else's name, and they were stranded on the West Coast with no way of getting to me. As a result, we had to purchase new tickets at full price, and the children arrived almost at midnight. Despite my attempts to contact the company, I have not received any response from them, and I am still trying to get my money back. I want to warn others about these scammers and urge them not to fall prey to their tactics.

USCharged for tickets that I did not receive. On February 13, 2024, I purchased 2 tickets from White Plains, NY to Atlanta, GA. On February14th, I arrived with my electronic ticket to check-in at the Delta counter. I was told by the Delta rep that my tickets were refunded to my credit card. I had no advancing warning of this. I had to repurchase 2 new tickets at the Delta counter for $612.40. Dreamfares billed my March statement for $653.13 for tickets that they claimed they refunded. I have called the customer service number several times, emailed the support center to address this matter. No representative from Dreamfares has responded by US mail, phone, or email to address my concerns. The customer service is very poor with communicating with their customer issues.

USBEWARE!!! I tried to book tickets for my family. Everything went fine online but then they claimed via email that I needed to confirm additional charges but didn't disclose why. They didn't answer their phone even though I tried many times over the course of 3 days. They didn't return my emails either. BEWARE! I don't think they are legitimate! I would call that a scam.
