BEWARE!!! I tried to book tickets for my family. Everything went fine online but then they claimed via email that I needed to confirm additional charges but didn't disclose why. They didn't answer their phone even though I tried many times over the course of 3 days. They didn't return my emails either. BEWARE! I don't think they are legitimate! I would call that a scam.
