GBRebooking Tickets Simran was kind, patient, answered all our questions, and returned and responded to our phone calls. A pleasure for us since we have had many unpleasant experiences with other Lufthansa staff.

GBAdi in Customer Service was…fantastic! Adi in Customer Service was outstanding!! I was having to change my husband's return flight from Europe because he'd had a medical emergency and was in the hospital. Adi was so patient with me and gave me the options and found a perfect return itinerary to allow my husband time to heal and be able to fly home. Thank you so much Adi!

GBAgent Simran Your agent Simran did a very, very fine job of arranging the bookings for my flights. I would recommend her highly, particularly since my attempts to book on line were nightmares of United/Lufthansa confusion!!
