GBTotally misleading pic/description Totally misleading in pictures and description. Booked (what was described) as a stunning lodge with hot tub. Turns out it was a basic lodge with no hot tub. “Technical issue”. No it wasn’t, it was just a misleading ploy to draw you in and get you to book. Despite being their fault and screenshots to back it up, they never honoured the lodge with hot tub. Terrible customer service

RSOur Owner Lu from Malta Our Owner Lu, from Malta, was brilliant! A lovely and kind person, very communicative, polite, and carry. The fridge was full of various quality food, drinks, vegetables, and fruits. We had so nice morning coffees with Lu, and life stories, we felt free like in our own house. She gave the best recommendation on where to go, what to see, which beach to visit, where to eat, what are the attractions. Best recommendation!

DENEVER EVER AGAIN They only protect the host. Please never choose HomeToGo. The host made a false advertisement, never mentioned that he would also be on the property, and never mentioned that there is a construction site on the property nor in the details neither in our conversation. He wrote "Perfect place for romantic holidays with sauna and jacuzzi" My question how it can be a romantic holiday when the freaking sauna (this is also what he advertised) is in the second cabinet that he will be staying in? Are we supposed to use it all together? And how am I supposed to feel comfortable when another man is on the property working on the pathway or in the garden or even just staying there? How can that be labeled as a romantic holiday? And since this was false advertising and we didn't want to stay with a stranger we wanted our money back, the host first said he would do it but he has to wait till Saturday (the end of our booking) so I wanted to make him sign a paper saying he will pay it since he said he will pay it. He got aggressive after that. Started yelling at us. So he never wanted to pay anyway. So my question is, are you really willing to use a platform that only cares about the hosts even though they made - false advertisement - hostile behavior - no privacy policy to protect the guests. I contacted the customer support 4 times. 4 freaking times. My money is gone. I couldn't do any holiday. And the only reason for this is HomeToGo not being professional enough to protect the customers. I don't even talk about the host I'm pretty sure he has mental issues.

GBCan't easily message a question before renting Could not send message to ask question to owner before renting. If you can, then not user friendly website. It was around 3/19/24. Not sure on the date I was searching the website.
