They lie to their potential customers and do not live up to their commitment on canceling a flight reservation 10 minutes after being made and told by them the $147. and change difference would be credited back to us. A week plus later still no credit and the charge was immediately processed. Go directly to the airlines or priceline etc and avoid this dishonest scam. $147.00+ doesn't sound like much and it isn't unless you're on a fixed income, and we are.
