GBHorrible Listen very careful. Today was my first time that I use your service. First of all I spoke with a lady in India her is Olivia and her English language was horrible, it was very hard for my to understand her. Number two, almost at the ended she asked if I can picture taken of my Credit card and my driven licensee. My question is, I had been living in America over 60 years, I had purchase tickets before, why in hell she asked for those question?. Thanks
