We paid a service to take my mother in law from the gate that landed to the next gate, they went to the first gate , they let her alone in the bus and then nobody went to help her to the next gate. A passagem helped her. And even more (!!!) they never answered the phone or my inquiry to speak with them (!!!)

The company was advised and wrote back, saying they could not fulfill the service due to the delay. I was charged as a no-show. I have no problem paying for a service I hire, but I find it ridiculous that they could not provide the service, but they were swift in keeping their payment—no flexibility with this company.
