Don’t hire a yacht from Split On the positive side they have a very effective online portal and do answer emails promptly. However I had the impression that all they really were interested in was my money. Any requests to ask for an earlier boat collection etc were responded to with quotes for ridiculous sums of money. They appear to not correspond effectively with their agent in Split in my opinion. For example when we arrived at lunchtime and called to ask could we board the boat early they couldn’t have been more accommodating and at no extra charge. Post sailing I completed the questionnaire sent out and detailed the electrical issues which meant we had to turn the fridge off every time we left port to stop the batteries discharging. There was no feedback, explanation or offer of compensation. This added to my impression of their only concern was getting my money. Finally don’t charter a boat from Split. Trogir is closer to the airport, a bigger marina and most importantly has many bays and ports nearby to moor in, if they insist on handing the boat over at 5pm and expecting you to leave port that night

AWFUL COMPANY! AWFUL COMPANY!! Please note this is not sailcroatia.com this is sailcroatia.net. We chartered a catamaran called Bellvista which was RIDDLED with problems, sailcroatia.net really did not care. I've just found a few really interesting reviews when you type in 'bellvista catamaran reviews' on google. I wish I had done more research before booking with this company. AVOID AT ALL COSTS.

AVOID! Sailcroatia.net at all costs! SailCroatia.net are one of the worst companies I have ever had the displeasure of dealing with. We chartered a boat which had a sewage issue. We were dismissed, told there was no problem and that no other customers had complained. I have since been contacted by other customers who have faced the same issued we had on the same boat. Dismissive, rude and condesending customer service. I wish I could rate them 0*.
