GBSave your money! This company has been the most unprofessional company I have ever had to deal with. If Google didn't force me to give one start I would not have. We tried to go on a tour last week and ran into a whole variety of problems causing us to request a refund at 3pm and throwing in the towel. I have been told everything from we were lying to a manager would reach out but have yet to have any resolution. All I want is my refund that we were told we would receive so we can be done. I have been messaging on the app for over a week and have yet to hear from a manager to resolve this so unfortunately this has became my last resort.

GBIt was a waist of time an money It was a waist of time an money. And here is why. 1)you only get a headphone for the commentary and I don't know if it was an issue of timing or else but I had in a few cases troubles to see the building the commentary was talking about 2) the time table is very limited. The bus only runs from 10am until 16:15 with a frequency of about one per hour. Their time table maybe say differently but that is what I experience first hand. So if you things of using this service to see most of the key Los Angeles landmarks forget it. You will not manage to see more than a handful if lucky. I wish I just had drived to the places I visited with this service 3) too expensive for the service you get. I suggest you shop around
