I was having back and forth conversations with Carlos regarding flight fare updates and travel restrictions. I had an incredible customer service experience. I am definitely going to book my next flight through them!

Did not receive reimbursement for tickets Me and my spouse bought tickets at Secret Airfares in April 2020 right before Covid19. The flights were all cancelled. We waited for 1 year before we were allowed to request a refund. We contacted Secret Airfares and they asked us for another payment to process our case. We paid and they gave us a confirmation #. It's been 4 months and we still haven't been refunded. We have communicated several times by email and phone, they told us to be patient and that it was normal. We called the airline (Air Canada) and they told us that they had never had a refund request for these tickets. I'm wondering what to do because it looks like we got scammed. Beware.
