I found out my passport was expired 3… I found out my passport was expired 3 days before my trip and I was scrambling to find out how to renew it . I couldn’t get an appointment anywhere and then I found FTG online. I was def skeptical because I thought there’s no way a place has all 5 star reviews , but I took my chance since I had no options. I called and right away I was helped and they’re honest and direct about the time frame and the process.

Totally fraud Totally fraud . Arman & Gurman are fraud people after taking money they never attend the call.

Lack of attention to customers Lasting my time was one part, but I had to buy the tickets at really higher price. They did not even bother to inform me about my flight change, I came to know at check-in. Lazy people

Not satisfied please don't trust I have applied my visitor visa.They told me that they will not take any money first but they took $5000 from me earlier and now it has been 2 months since the payment. And now they have stopped the contact and have blocked all of them, I have called them many times but they did not answer that too.And when I asked about the refund, they said that it will take 5 to 6 days to refund, but it has been 25 days, neither the refund has come, nor the call, and they have blocked me. guy who's name is Gurman handled my case.
