My credit card was charged by this… My credit card was charged by this company after a scammer tricked me into believing they were Air Canada calling in regards to a modification of my flight I had booked. The scammer cancelled my flight, and my cc received a charge from "Fly Away Travels". Someone else on this form also noted similar activity.

Fly Away is the one of the best travel… Fly Away is the one of the best travel agency in the west. They would provide you the best rates for your flights. I have been using them for a year now and they have always surprised me with the proces.

Scammers posing as a Westjet TF on google I would give negative stars if I could. They were posing as a Westjet TF on google, and when I called they answered as a Westjet agent and they claimed to cancel my flights, charged me 169$ CA and didn't cancel anything...researching apparently what they do is tell you that the cancellation will show in your travel credits but in reality they transfer your reservation and resell it to someone else. All 5 Star reviews on here are likely based on tickets from scamming other travelers. Thankfully I locked my CC, and went to the Airline App and cancelled the flights there...then my phone started ringing - 6 calls to contact them of I'd be in trouble... DO NOT USE THIS IS A SCAM!

They scammed us They scammed us. Somehow my wife was rerouted from Southwest to this agency, who posed as Southwest agents. We were trying to initiate a name change on a flight that we had already booked with Southwest. They charged us $160 to change the name on the reservation and we find out day of the flight it was never done! When we talked to a real Southwest agent, she told us that they never charge for a name change. So of course I check my credit card and it's a charge from Fly Away Travels. My spidey sense was tingling when they were charging money to change a name, but I thought it was Southwest scamming us, not a completely different company! They got us :(

They disguise themselves as the… They disguise themselves as the airline.. they are not. No changes you make with them will be honored with the airlines. They are a fraud and I reported them, they charged my cc card and I will get my money back but had I known they were a fraudulent company I wouldn’t be stuck at the airport for 8 hours waiting for another flight.
