Non refund of flight cancelled by the airlines I had booked a flight from Hyderabad to Pune for 10th Apr 24. The flight was cancelled by the airlines due to operational reasons and full refund was made to easemytrip by Spicejet. But when I contacted, easemytrip for the refund, they deducted Rs 3600 towards cancellation charges. From the aforesaid experience, i would recommend that please don't book your flights through easemytrip for stated reasons:- -pathetic customer support. -they do not pay the refind amount inspite of refund by teh airlines. -No defined escalation matrix. You will be stressed by interacting with a bot, which keeps taking your through circle. I strongly recommend all the customers to book through the airlines directly or reliable websites. Just to add, we contacted Spicejet customer care for knowing the disposal of refund and they were prompt in addressing the issue and gave a feedback of the refund.

Non Exsistent Customer support One can get a ticket but do not expect any type customer support for any booking related issues. They have have absolute incapable support team not able to resolve any issues. Had to follow up with their team for more then a month for voucher i paid for on their site and never recieved. After one month of follow when i finally do recieve the voucher its says its an already used voucher. What kind of SCAM is this company.

Kashmir trip with easemytrip The trip to Kashmir booked with ease my trip has been overall good. Initially there were few doubts that i had as it was an offline booking. However, EaseMyTrip didn’t disappoint and the package was reasonable comparatively. The only dissatisfaction was that time was not fully utilised in the day excursions we had from srinagar. I felt we could have covered atleast one more place in all of the places like sonmarg, pahalgam and gulmarg.

The promo code is pointless. You still charge your full fee. The promo code doesn't help because you charge the same fee regardless. It's unfair & misleading... I attempted to change the date of my flight and noticed that the new flight is actually cheaper than the one I originally booked. However, your system is adding your airline charges on top of the lower rate. This seems unfair. Shouldn't there be no additional fees for changing to a less expensive flight option?
