GBTerrible, high pressure company We booked the AM boat trip and the afternoon Everglades trip. Upon arrival at the Everglades (about an hour away), we were told the bus wouldn't be leaving until almost 6. Several people, including us were surprised as the woman selling the tickets told everyone we would be back by 4:30 or 5. We ended up missing our evening reservation because we didnt get back to the marketplace on time. The actual tours were amazing, unless you got chosen as a "raffle" winner on the boat tour (it was a timeshare presentation but the lies definitely drops down a few stars. Also, the Everglades tour can be booked with them, directly with the Everglades Holiday Park for half the price. You will just have to get to Ft Lauderdale. If you use this service, please k ow the time isn't two hours. It's an hour there, two and a half hours at the park and then an hour back.
