USVery disappointing and Bad overall experience! As a customer, I must express my deep disappointment with the overall experience. From the moment I checked in, I encountered numerous issues that hindered my stay. Firstly, the room was not properly cleaned up arrival, with dust and dirt visible in several areas. The lack of attention to detail was concerning. Additionally, the Wi-Fi connection was incredibly unreliable, making it difficult to stay connected and complete necessary work tasks. The noise levels were also problematic, as the walls seemed paper-thin, allowing every sound from neighboring rooms to disturb my sleep.
