nice customer service and budget price… nice customer service and budget price for tour package, recommended so much for using this company service for your future vacation plan.

The airport taxi driver never showed up I booked an airport transfer service from Ubud, Bali to Denpasar airport with Stillvacation on Klook and the taxi driver didn't show up. I couldn't contact him/her through the provided phone number. Neither on Whatsapp. Even the emergency contact provided in the email wasn't able to be reached. I had to wait for almost 2 hours and no results. Coudn't track the status on the given link either. Finally I had to ask my hotel manager to arrange another taxi for me. It was the worst experience I had during my stay in Bali.
