The best action this "company" can do… The best action this "company" can do is dissapear, it is just a fraud, they called after the customer buys the tickets, changes the departure flight time several times and not even speak good English. Scammers!!!

It is the worst travel agency in the… It is the worst travel agency in the world. I lost an already paid flight from Miami to Orlando (and its connection to PR) because they wanted to charge me an additional cost for baggage ($160) even when I notified to them (on time) that the baggage was not needed. I had to buy additional tickets from another company to flight the next day to PR, incurring in additional flights and hotel costs/ reservations. Still waiting for my money to be returned. Customer service is awful.
