GBAppalling customer service! I booked room at New York New York for 3 July. British Airways have cancelled my flight. I have now sent 11 emails to their customer services and have yet to have a reply. Zero stars for customer service. UPDATE - 22 July 2020: Have now sent over 20 emails without even an acknowledgement.

USFalse advertising - cancellation policy is a LIE I booked through i4vegas to get a hotel deal on the strip. The cancellation policy was clearly stated as follows: Cancellation Policy: You can cancel this booking right up to Check-in Date for FREE. You may be charged if you cancel or change your booking after that. And we can’t refund you if you check out early or don’t turn up at the hotel. 3 days prior to check-in I called to cancel the reservation because I didn't need the room anymore, but they charged a cancellation fee of 1 night's stay plus taxes and fees. That's a scam if I've ever seen one.
