The travel agent did not listen to… The travel agent did not listen to anything I said booked my flight as a one stop and I asked for a direct flight gave me the wrong airport and gave me hardly any baggage. On top of that was shouting at me on the phone with very bad customer service currently trying to take this further

When I called they quoted an extra £300… When I called they quoted an extra £300 per person than the price given on the website. Waste of my time
