GBMy experience was not good. My experience was not good. I paid Faremachine to upgrade my airline seat on a KLM flight to Europe. I di not get the upgrade! KLM did not receive the money to upgrade the seat. I have called Mr Frank Collins, the person who sold me the seats, several times. He does not answer or return my calls. Where is the money? I am thinking that I have been scammed by Faremachine.

GBExceptional Service Exceptional Service I booked a return ticket to India and have to make some changes on way back. Faremachine handled it brilliantly and whole thing was just so easy and quick. I strongly recommend them.
