GBMy experience was not good. My experience was not good. I paid Faremachine to upgrade my airline seat on a KLM flight to Europe. I di not get the upgrade! KLM did not receive the money to upgrade the seat. I have called Mr Frank Collins, the person who sold me the seats, several times. He does not answer or return my calls. Where is the money? I am thinking that I have been scammed by Faremachine.

GBI used your service for the first time… I used your service for the first time back on January 31 of this year to contract a flight to Manila,Philippines and a Hotel from March 4th to March 12th. the agent that I spoke with was Walter Smith who was very polite and helpful in assisting me.
