Thieving agent. Thieving agent.. My parent booked through Akbar travels for Emirate airlines during Covid situation. All flights got cancelled and my parent asked for refund. They are simple asking my parents to rebook every time they ask for refund and they are not refunding the money. My parents lost hope that they will get the money. I am not sure what to do since they told me recently they dint get the refund yet. First thought of writing a review and then think of whats the next step.

He told me that he will send an email and he didn't. The website wasn't accessible after that time. - Waste of time!
