worse travel service I juts booked a ticket and after taking money off my card they say the booking failed due to price hike and now you need to pay more if we do refund it will take upto WORKING hours that is a week in lay man term, this is extortion Mumbai police should look in to it Please dont use Akbar Travel

Thieving agent. Thieving agent.. My parent booked through Akbar travels for Emirate airlines during Covid situation. All flights got cancelled and my parent asked for refund. They are simple asking my parents to rebook every time they ask for refund and they are not refunding the money. My parents lost hope that they will get the money. I am not sure what to do since they told me recently they dint get the refund yet. First thought of writing a review and then think of whats the next step.
