The worst service I have ever received The worst service I have ever received. When you buy the airline tickets online, they post a low price pending confirmation from a sales agent. Then, when the sales agent call you the following day, the price of the airline ticket is much higher. Moreover, agents lie to you about the ticket price and try to sell the routes they want. The claim process is a nightmare! Definitely, I do not recommend this company to anyone.

BEWARE BEWARE! This office is a scam. I bought a ticket through this company, or so I thought. A couple days before my flight I entered my reference number provided by JourneyMasters only to find out that there was no booking. I called the office, was told everything was fine from their end, that I shouldn't worry. The next morning they called me again and this time I was told that I had not answered my calls and that the ticket that was issued to me was of a different category and that if I wanted a ticket it would be more than double the price of the initial one. First I was told everything was fine from their end then suddenly I had supposedly not answered my calls. They are scammers.

I trust them because when you make the payment, you receive an email confirming the itinerary, with the confirmation code, but for security reasons I called the airline and there was no reservation. I called them and they told me that the fare went up and There are no more tickets available at that price and they told me I had to pay $200 more to continue with the reservation.
