CHWonderland Hotels commits fraud again $428 for two nights a hotel in Switzerland. Communication from Wonderland hotel: 1: Do not worry 2: Takes several days for your hotel to register the booking 3: The booking is not made by Wonderland but it will be ok 4: The hotel was overbooked. You can stay somewhere else (I checked with the hotel, which was not overbooked. So I booked a room at the cheapest rate and asked Wonderland to pay for it) 5: Ah, all this time a staffer at Wonderland had thought it was ANOTHER hotel (not the one named and whose address were given in the booking form and on the voucher) 6: She has been fired 7: I am sure you understand the vulcano cloud creates big problems 8: We will refund you money really soon They should be prospecuted and put in jail.

NLFraudolent I bought a ticket for an event organized by Wonderlandhotels on May14th in Amsterdam, only 1 week before the date of the event. The ticket was 100€ per person. The day before the event the Hotel sent an email claiming that because of Corona Effects they had to cancel the event for an indefinite period of time and they never sent instructions about money refound. I tried to contact them but of course they disappeared. They just wanted to cash in, they let me book my spot just one week before the event but they knew already that the event won’t have take place at all.. This event is not a kind of event you organize in just one week and just a day before you realize you can’t afford it.
