GBVery very weird I had a very bad experience. Their phone number shows up on the web as a way to call Air France. They claimed to be Air France when I tried to change two tickets. Ending up charging me $2,510 over the actual face price of the tickets as ultimately issued by Air France. I had to do two credit card transactions to accomplish the purchase. They said the first was a “credit check.” They sent me copies of the tickets with a price that included the $2,510 difference, i.e, they were not the same price as the tickets Air France issued the next day It turns out Fareskey says that they are a consolidator. So, they say, they purchase books of tickets at a set price and then re-sell them at a different price. If that’s the case, why not just tell the customer up front????? Why go through pretending to be Air France and pretending that the thousands of dollars in mark up is some sort of credit fee? Be straight with people!

GBFraud - beware I was not notified that your representative acting as a United Representative was not in fact a united airline representative. This is Fraud and then you hang up when I call back. Buyer beware!

GBAvoid using this company Avoid using this company. They booked a flight for me on American Airlines. I cancelled it one hour later directly through American Airlines. They were refunded the money but after many requests by myself and my credit card company they refuse to give me a refund.
