GBNon-existent customer service Non-existent customer service. Technical problem at Antalya kept us in the transfer bus on a sweltering hot apron for over 15 minutes; no explanation or apology. Flight delayed - no flight deck announcements throughout the flight. My wife's chicken sandwich came partly heated, partly cold - she had food poisoning the following day. Tried contacting them via their app and website - no response whatsoever. What a joke of an airline.

GBAbsolutely horrendous experience. Absolutely horrendous experience. They lost my suitcase and didn't even have the decency to call me back. The airport staff did all of the leg work to get my case back to me Unfortunately it arrived part way through my holiday and it was also damaged. Sunexpress have been completely unreasonable and after sending 30+ emails back and forth to provide what they requested, they are refusing to issue compensation or the cost of a replacement suitcase. Awful customer service, will not use again!
