I booked a flight with LBF. I booked a flight with LBF. My wife and I have covid I tried to cancel our flight I was told they would cancel it minus there fee and over $200.00 from the airline fees. I called the airline they said they would not charge any cancellation fees. I then tried to write them an email and their site would not let my send it into them.

Just read the Reviews . Just read the Reviews . This is yet another rubbish scam operation . They took my money ..... they made a serious error with the booking ....... promised to make direct contact with me within 48 Hours ...... and of course made no contact at all . When I tried again my call was instantly cut off . You should most definitely avoid this scummy little 'company '

They sell tickets at a lower price They sell tickets at a lower price, than they tell you that the airline didn't confirm the tickets and the price has gone up. They can either provide you a 80% refund or you have to pay the increased rate. It's a scam website, but really the fault is with Kayak for lettting them operate on their website.

A scam- they charged us twice the actual price of the ticket We had used the same agency before and had no complaints. However, this time when we called, we got a very helpful Sarah who wound us charging us twice the actual price of the ticket ($1335). We didn't think anything was amiss because we kept hearing about how much everything had gone up because of the pandemic. But when I checked the ticket on the American Airlines website, we found a receipt for the ticket for $711.84 including the reserved aisle seats that we requested. We paid with a Visa card, but the American Airlines ticket was paid for with a Mastercard. So they charged my credit card for $1335, paid $711.84 for the ticket, and pocketed the difference. This agency is a scam.

Scamming people one way or another Booked a ticket through them. The flight was canceled by the airline who stopped all flights because of COVID. The airline was offering full refunds but I had to work through point of sales which is LBF travel. They only agreed to pay back 60% of the ticket treating it as a non-refundable ticket and in the process I will be losing about $500. I am still waiting on the refund which according to them could take 1 or 2 billing cycles. They are Definitely scamming people, one way or another.
