I called the airline they said they would not charge any cancellation fees. I then tried to write them an email and their site would not let my send it into them.

They took my money ..... they made a serious error with the booking ....... promised to make direct contact with me within 48 Hours ...... and of course made no contact at all . Promised refund never came Booked an overseas flight with them. The airlines changed the flight and because of Covid the airlines (Qatar) allowed me to book a flight within 2 years of the booking date. However, I had to do it with the travel agent. I called them many times and they did not respond. Finally, I called the credit card company and disputed the charge. Then LBF Travel responded! We agreed that I could change the flight and when I set another travel date, they said that will cost more money although I found a flight which was actually cheaper than the one I booked first. To cut a long story we agreed for them to keep 10% of the original price and refund the rest. But the refund never came. After a month I called my credit card company again and disputed the charges (in this case the refund that never came) and my credit card company refunded the charge.

Beware hidden fees!!! I booked a ticket with them and at checkout they automatically add in "optional fees" to your fare. They added their own "flexible insurance" for $70. When I called to get that removed they told me I had to email them. I did exactly as they instructed and still no refund. This is a common scam. They forced me to pay a flexibility fee and when I tried to change or cancel the tickets they refused. WHAT'S THE POINT OF FLEXIBLE FEES IF IT'S NOT FLEXIBLE?! STAY AWAY FROM THESE MODERN DAY PIRATES.
